I know buckingham do http://www.buckingham.ac.uk/about/twoyear and a list of others here http://www.studyin-uk.com/study-options/two-year-degree/ (this was simple enough to find with google).
I wouldn't apply to a substantially lower ranked uni to do it in just 2 years, however it seems like quite a good idea if your already applying to similar ranked unis. Why do you want to do a degree in just two years?
