I can do front splits my side splits aren't far off cause do TKD too. I can't out my legs behind my head because my glutes are a bit tight, I think they might actually be part of why I can't do side splits
I can put my palms on the floor when bent over with straight legs, but sideways and backwards my ROM is pretty poor, I'm a long way off splits in either direction, mainly due to tight hip flexors I think.
I'd like to think my upper back/shoulder mobility is pretty good - I can do (front rack) sots presses with >50% bodyweight, and I can bridge.
