Help! Student finance question?

I am about to fill out my form. I am currently moved out and living with my boyfriend but am moving back in with my parents in a month - do i fill the form out as of right now, or do I fill it out as if I'm living with my parents again?

Unless you ve earned enough to count as an independent student then put your parents down.

I rang them up yesterday and they said to put parents down now because by the time i move out it will be the case
