Want my A** to get bigger and stomach to go in and...

Wanna improve flexibility.

What can I do?
eat more but don't eat crap = fatter but still with flat stomach

flexibility = try yoga/ stretching/ really shoving your a$$ in the air when you go down for sujdah it will flexify your hip muscles.
^ Lol get fatter, get flatter stomach... wat.

The answer is learn to lift and do something like yoga
