She won't back off and doesn't get that I'm not interested

Recently I've moved abroad to France for work for a year to help build up my CV and for the experience. I use to live in my university town but because of this I moved out, whilst at uni I met a girl who I became good friends with but never tried to get with her because I knew at some point I would have to move out.

She was quite attached me whilst in uni because in halls we use to live together. She would often come into my room for advice and hang out, I'm the only man she's ever open to, also has a lot to with men using her in the past.

Now I've moved she wants to come to see me, I've told her I'm not looking for a relationship at the moment because of my current situation and I don't want to muck up the friendship. I appreciate her doing for me but she's being way too forward. How do I get her to back off nicely? But I still want see her as a friend
I've met some girls who think that you being cold and not interested in them. Is just a guy playing hard to get.
Maybe that's what is happening here.
