Got a Job.... Huge Responsibility

So I've been applying for grad jobs and I finally got one, now I'm about to graduate my Software Engineering Course and I have a good knowledge of building software like I've done before with apps, websites, servers, etc. but I haven't actually built professional business-scale software that has an installation wizard and all that. I've got 2 and a half years to get this project done but I'm gonna be the only IT guy which is worrying. Have any of you lot been in a position like this? How did you cope?
Can't offer any advice other than to be very careful with a position like this: a graduate role should be one where you are properly mentored and can have someone teach you practical and professional development skills, along with working in a team. If I were just graduating and offered a position like this I would be very wary that it's not a suitable role for a graduate and could potentially harm my opportunities in the future with poor experience.
