No one can tell you if this will 'get' you an interview, it depends on your personal statement, extra reading, reference etc

Well, if you have > 93% UMS in the relevant subjects for courses other than maths and medicine, an interview is guaranteed as far as I know, since you will be autopooled if your first college rejects you. The same applies to post-A2 applicants with 3 A*'s.
