Thoughts on 'Thinner Beauty'?
The movement where they slim down plus size models in order to 'help them see how beautiful they could be', thoughts?

I'm not sure of the exact motives behind this trend, so I can't say too much. It does sound a tad condescending, though.
Although I definitely don't dislike it as much as I dislike the trend towards the normalization of obesity disguised as body positivity.
I guess, in a sense, it could be implying that 'loving yourself no matter what' shouldn't be the case when you can actively change yourself to feel even more 'beautiful'.
Still though, don't know exactly what to think here.

It's just showing someone what they'd look like if they lost a bit of weight. Nothing wrong with a bit of motivation.
If they have agreed to take part and want to do it then its up to them
