urgent help

Can you plz help me with q 5 i don't know how to draw it, if you can plz sketch it and explain how you do it, You don't have to do all the question, 1 from each part is enough to get me started

The question tells you that the period is 4seconds and so each particle is travelling up and down a full cycle in 4s. After 1 second, they willbe a quarter the way further through that complete cycle than they are now.
in b, after 4 seconds, C will be back where it started andso its displacement will be the same as it was.
