"Police allege that on 8 March after a news conference in Florida, he grabbed her arm when she tried to ask Mr Trump a question, leaving a bruise."

Begs the question: If she was a man, would there be a charge?

Do people think this will affect Trump's chances at all?
They have been playing too much with the 2nd Amendment and the fundamental rights of Americans for anyone to pity them. They endanger the world by attacking the one beacon of freedom that exists, so the more the Republicans shred the media to pieces the happier I become.
she got extremely close to a high profile person like trump - surely she knew that was a stupid idea with all those people there warrant?
besides, he grabbed her arm - he didn't try to harm her - and if she got harmed, again, she shouldn't have thrown herself at somebody like trump given the circumstances of him being harassed by people like that in the past

I've been wrestled by guards and bouncers before, leaving bruises and scrapes all over my body - I've never charged them with assault - because they are simply doing their job of executing the will of the venue. with trump, he requires security for obvious reasons, and it's risky to do something like that to him because he's obviously going to have and require security. it's just petty and whiny to complain about something like this but she has her right to attempt to get compensation for this "bruise" on her arm if she really wants
