    Can someone who has undertaken a conversion course help me out;
    1) Are job prospects weaker having taken a conversion course rather then a 3 year LLB?
    2)Is the year harder work due to the cramming of information?
    3) Do you essentially learn less?

    1) Not really, particularly if you have the name of a "strong" institution backing you up for either the original degree or the GDL
    2) Yes - many report (both here and on chamberstudents) that a GDL is one of the most intense things they've done in their lives
    3) You learn the basics, but obviously don't have the time to delve into other, perhaps more specialised modules that ordinary LLB/BA graduates will have had to do.

    Thank you, very helpful!
