Standard Alloy wheels allowed on insurance?

My current insured car has some nasty plastic rims on, that have been on since I bought it. Now I've passed, will my insurers allow me to purchase a set of alloy wheels, suited for that car. For example, I have the Vauxhall Corsa, and I would purchase a pair of Vauxhall Alloys. So alloys made by Vauxhall themselves? On the insures website it states:

"we don’t insure cars that have been modified in any way. Modifications include, but are not limited to bodykits, performance enhancements and non-standard alloys."

Does non standard alloy mean I can get ones that come standard on higher spec model of that car? (Vauxhall corsa in my case)

Sorry this is so long winded, any questions I'll be happy to explain.

Thanks,

Dan
