Change of address and do I need to apply again for my second year?

I have moved and need to change address. I tried to do this ok the phone but the person I spoke to for about 30 mins hasn't done it as I am still getting letters to my old address. I don't think I can have an online account through the SFE website as I don't have a PC, only a Mac. So could you give me an address where I can write to with my change of address? This seems to be the only way I can make it work without spending another potentially fruitless half hour on the phone.

Secondly, I have a maintenance loan for my undergrad degree which I started in 2015. My husband is self employed and so his income fluctuates slightly each year. Do I need to update the application each year? Or is the application based only on his income when I started the course? If I don't need to update his income, does the same money get paid to me each year?
