Changing University

Hello,

I am an EU student living in UK for almost one year and I am doing an online CertHE course. I received a student loan of 4,495£ for 2015/2016, but now I am willing to apply for a tuition at private school which I have been accepted. As I know, the loan for private schools is up to 6000£. Am I still eligible for a student loan in this case ? The new course that I have enrolled is a 3 years bachelor degree.

Yes, I think so. The calculation they use is: length of course - previous years of study (in your case this would be 1, assuming you studied the CertHE over 1 year?) + 1 gift year = loan entitlement

Thank you, Snufkin! What form do I have to complete ? EU16N for New EU students or EUPR1a for Continuing EU students?

Is there any way to get a maintenance loan as well ?
