I really really reallyyyy need help with this please!! =(

Hi,

I'm doing a paper on Immigration and Asylum Law regarding a gay man who fled his country in the fear of persecution (being gay is criminalised in his country, also he will be mistreated and imprisoned for a long time if caught). He entered UK illegally.

I've managed to cover all the grounds aside from the Burden of proof and problems he might face with his claim.

Please anyone help me, I'm just stuck on this part of the paper =(
