When can i apply for accommodation for reading, also i haven't got a debit card or finished Student finance, will i still be able to apply for without these?

I swear accommodation applications open in March. I'd recommend you get a debit card as soon as possible. Opening a bank account is really easy. Finish student finance now, I would put that as a priority..... you don't want a delay in your funding. Try and finish it today if you can and open a bank account next week.
