Entry requirements confusion?!

I was looking at some entry requirements for a course I want to do and it asks for you to
"Hold current first level Professional Registration with a relevant regulatory body."
Does that mean it's asking for a 1st or is it just hold a bachelors degree. Others just ask for a 2nd class honours degree.

Which course is this.

It sounds like it's asking for people who are already qualified nurses/other health professions - ie the course is not open to non-professionals who aren't registered.
