Conversion Psychology MSc degrees: Distance learning?

Want to change directions from what I did at BA undergrad level (was an arts degree).

From the advice listed in FAQs posted by helpful and experienced posters like LordAsriel and _Sinnie, who are in the area of Clinical Psy, I'm under the impression that the necessary study path looks something like this for a person who doesn't have a BSc in Psychology:

1-Do a conversion course, doesn't matter where as long as it gives BPS accreditation (note: all of these are now MSc level)
2-Pursue work experience in relevant areas for a few years
3-Do a PhD (if you want to stray from clinical route and into research/academia)
Or pursue a Clinical Doctorate if you want to go the clinical route

I'm just wondering, two things:

A) is it necessary for step 1, that one does a on campus conversion (MSc) or can they do a distance learning one without it mattering as long as they get a 2:1 or above? Here's the one I'm mentioning
http://www2.mmu.ac.uk/study/postgraduate/taught/2016/13469/

B) If you gain the conversion MSc does that mean you will not have to gain another MSc (non-conversion) immediately after?

Just seen your post here.

Once you have done the psychology conversion course you will have a Masters degree in psychology and there will be no need to do another masters to validate that.

The distance learning conversion courses are designed to be suitable for purpose: that is to say they are designed to be helpful to graduates from other subjects.

unis that I know of that offer the course online include derby, leeds beckett, mmu, roehampton, dmu and liverpool. I don't think they're all bps though.
I've got offers for the online courses at MMU and Leeds Beckett - I'm planning to accept the MMU offer as although LB's course is £1400 cheaper, it doesn't start until January, whereas the MMU ones begins in September. Also, the MMU course offers a specialist module in Educational Psychology, which is what I want to go into.

We won't have to do any additional Master's level study, but will be able to apply for doctoral training programmes straight afterwards. Derby's online course also confers GBC, as does Robert Gordon's; unfortunately the courses at Liverpool, DMU and Rorhampton don't. Good luck!
