AQA A Level Physics ISA 2016

Hi. I'm a private candidate and haven't been given enough info about what to expect, except for refraction for the AS and timing rates of water flow for A2. I'm unsure which past papers to complete ISA(P) or ISA(Q), or the difference between them and am stressing. I would really appreciate any help.
