OCR A2 Criminal Law Special Study - Topics people are learning?
Our teacher spent THREE *whole* lessons teaching us unit6! What a joke! But yeah, I've got a small Special Study guide that has some areas of revision, but not sure if its complete.

What are the areas (and subsections if possible) people are learning?

    Thanks!!

Bloody nightmare, isn't it?! Think we spent three lessons on it as well and it's 120 UMS. Will be buglary and robbery in detail I suppose. Should probably know all of the cases mentioned in great detail. Sorry I can't be of more help - but I'm stuck as well!

im flipping bricking it as well, we had one lesson and a mock in which we marked outrselves. ITs so confusing. Im learning, robbery and burglary in detail as i have to for unit 2 and then stat interpretation and judicial precedent from last year. So Adler V George and Fisher V Bell.

I know it is a bit late now but those ocr unit guides really help. I currently using them for criminal law 1 + 2. I may be able to scan a few a grade answers in regards to the special study paper.

The literal rule has come up 2ce now so I'd not expect that. Our teacher suggested the minor rules of language or intrinsic/extrinsic aids.

Of which I can currently only recall Hansard... A grade student? I think not!

    For Criminal 1?
My teacher said she didn't want to speculate but recklessness hasn't been tested since R v G&R came in and they can test it now so.... could well do....
