What colour shoes would go with a purple dress?

blue, purple or gold shoes would be really nice. Black would also work if you don't want to overdo the purple
I ll choose black to go safe~ Or you may try on mixed color shoes if you can't decide which color XD

OP, from working at John Lewis, if we had a dress like that, the shoes we would choose would either be silver or gold depending on fbs jewellery and simple - not like platforms - like the ones in the picture.
