So Ive just been made redundant for the 2nd time, It feels terrible!
I have an Undergraduate and a Masters both in Criminology and Im literally unable to get anything other than sales and administration its absolutely diabolical.
The idea of sitting in an office all day literally makes me want to cry I dont really know why I went to university tbh. I dont want another terrible minimum wage administration role Im totally done with sales and working to stupid arbitrary targets.
I reapplied to university so I can retrain so that I can have some kind of income and so far I have been rejected for 3 of my 5 choices, feeling really depressed that I have worked so hard to be worse off than some of my friends who didnt go to university.

Does this website help?
There looks an interesting one for a Cambridge lecturer if you have ever considered that route?

What was your aim when you studies criminology? Try to pursue that?
It's sometimes down to your CV, LinkedIn profile, approach to applying for new jobs that maybe puts you behind other applicants.
Advice would be don't apply anywhere you see, find specialised agents who can work with you and help you apply to positions you like, and get you ready for interviews

do you know what you actually want to do with your degree subject? if you know then you can try and work towards it, I'd imagine that you may need to do some relevant low paid experience before getting a 'decent' job but if you know what you need you can get it and it will hopefully feel less painful if you know you're heading somewhere
I really don't know much about the job prospects, you can probably google some ideas but possibly:
work in prisons/probation?
