Research title ideas on Huntington's disease?

Part of a research project. Originally was gonna do "What causes HD and how does it affect the human body" but have to change it as it's too simple. I tried looking up past examples but haven't found much to go on.

Please help me come up with a good research question on HD! :'(

Huntington's disease is really broad, so there are tons of areas you could potentially focus in on.

What's the nature of this project? Essay? Presentation? Do you have a word/time limit? How much time have you been given to work on it?

Are you an university student?

It's a written research-based project so has to be something there is already lots of material on already, set at A2/Foundation year level.
Basically an essay comparing the results of at least 2 other studies on an area of HD, but need to come up with a question first.

The role of mutant Huntingtin protein on mitochondrial dysfunction is quite an interesting topic with a tonne of existing research, but mutant Huntintin affects a lot of cell functions as well.

Maybe do some general background reading on the effects of mutated Huntingtin, and then focus in on the aspect you find most interesting :smile:
