So last night my mum was trying to drag me along to her weekly yoga class, just to see what its like, I finally gave in and went along and my gosh I feel a million dollars!
I have felt so stressed, fed up and bored all week, of writing the same essay, the same evaluations and annotating my coursework, I've been getting really easily irritated and don't get me wrong my diet and sleeping has been totally fine but an hour of yoga has made me feel so calm, so positive!
I just wanted to post this to really recommend it to people who might be feeling stressed out, fed up, negative or even just achey! Its worth a try and theres local classes everywhere for really cheap. DON'T be embarrassed either! There's male and females, of all sizes and body types, purely there to relax and turn off from stress! If you laugh or lose balance or even fart it doesn't matter- people don't even notice because they're so calm and everyones just having a go!
So yeah I really recommend going for people who are feeling like I was! I will definitely be going more regularly!
