How long after showing up on system do you recieve entitlement letter?

I have been approved for student finance and on the 3/04/2016 it says my letter with declaration has been sent but i still have not recieved it. Surely by 2nd class post i would have recieved it by now. I go back to university tomorrow and the letter is being sent to my parents address so wanted it before i go back.

How long does it normally take to reach you after it has been sent?

If you check in your correspondence there might be an electronic copy of the declaration, you could print that off and send it instead.
