I did 4 past papers today for maths revision ( two AQA Linear paper 1 - not calculator and two AQA Linear paper 2 - calculator). I got 117 over all on the june paper and got 114 out of 175 which was a b , 3 marks of an A. Every maths paper i do al ways get an b, i cant seem to get that A. The last questions i cant answer most of them. Any help?

    Practice, practice and practice.

Keep going till you get that A.

Look at where you're going wrong and make it your target for the next paper you do to be able to answer that topics question properly. If you find that you are struggling with a specific topic then you can always work through the ExamSolutions videos if you ever feel you feel like you are stuck on any section.

Only start doing the past paper questions once you are sure you have covered every topic.

If you're still getting stuck on something feel free to post in the TSR GCSE Maths Forum if you are unsure about something (make sure provide the question and what you have already done).

Other than that do every single past paper, mark your papers and see where you have gone wrong. Look to do IGCSE papers once you have done all of the GCSE ones.

You can always use the TSR Study Resources for any subject, pretty helpful revision material on there. Also there is a very useful Study Planner on TSR which you may use, if you find that timetables are something you don't stick to then make a list of things to do per day/week and tick it off as you go along.

    Hope this is helpful.

Go over the A/A* topics as those are the questions which will get you those extra marks.
You can find loads of videos on youtube or just ask a teacher or friend
