There is no separate resultant force for a single vector which is what P-Q is.

But it is the resultant force of P and -Q.

The green vector is equal to P - Q. So you just need to find the length of the green vector using trig.

You could say that the green vector is the resultant of P and -Q if those were the forces acting on the particle.
