Studying Politics and Economics - Exeter or SOAS?

I've received AAA offers from Exeter for PPE, and from SOAS for Politics and Econ.Exeter is ranked higher and is a more prestigious course, but SOAS is really interesting and is in London (more expensive I know but also it's London and is closer to people I know)I'm a bit torn as to what to do, can anyone give any advice or insight into life at Exeter/SOAS? Thanks!
SOAS hands down.
