Alevel Maths M1 question

Can some please explain the solution to this question I.e why Ta = 5 x sin40 = 3.21
Like where does the sin 40 come from?

If you were to draw a horizontal line through P, the angle between the horizontal and Ta would be 40 (Z angles). They've used sine of the angle to find the vertical component of Ta.
