    Just curious, with all the jazz about college life there seems to be a huge focus on undergraduates. What about grad students? Do they have as much fun?


    Grads tend to be older and more sensible, and more attached to their lab groups than college in many instances. They also tend to lack the 'omg this is my first time away from my parents' excitement you get with undergrads (for better or worse).

    But yes, the common rooms are very sociable and many of them frequent the club nights/have house parties as much as the undergrads.

    Less faffing about, less hair preening, mostly just getting on with the work, rather than endless checking out fellow students.
