When do you have to move out of the Quads on the 33 week let?

The let at the Quads is only 33 weeks as opposed to the 38 weeks at most other accommo.

It's simple: no one can afford 38 weeks of daylight robbery, while 33 is just about sellable.

On a more serious note, it means you have to clear out in the holidays, I imagine. 33 weeks is the exact length of the course, while 38 weeks spans all three holiday periods (excluding the massive summer holiday where everyone has to move out).

Hi,

As you can see on our website the Quads accommodation has a 38 week contract. For the Eat and Drink card that is included in this part-catered accommodation, credit is paid for only 33 weeks of the 38 week contract, due to changes in campus eateries' opening hours over the Christmas and Easter holiday periods.
