Shorthold Assured tenancy agreement
Hi, I have signed a tenancy agreement to keep my place at the current accommodation I am staying at, but the manager is still chasing me up to sign the contract.
However I want to leave the accommodation in the summer so don't want to rebook anymore. Because I've already signed the tenancy, am I obligated to pay the full rent unless I fill the place?
If so, what is the contact the guy is wanting me to fill out?

I have no idea what this other piece of paper is. Presumably he will put it in your letter box. The tenancy agreement should be enough but maybe theres an additional contract if you are in private halls. No idea you will need to see it.
You are obligated to do what the tenancy agreement says. Have you actually read it? it will tell you. Dont sign things you havent read.
