    This will change depending on which course you are on, and also on your individual classes. It's your GPA which affects your degree classification.

    Typically, to get a 2:1 you need to have a GPA of 15 to 17. This is a B average, and is usually 60-69%. If you're close, say with a GPA of 14.8 or 14.9, your department may review your performance and choose to give you a 2:1. It's best to speak with your department about this though.
