If I take a joint honours subject as above will I still be able to do a Masters? If so, in what?

Absolutely, in fact you can do an MA / MSc in pretty much anything. I do PPE at Oxford and I am holding offers for an MSc from various business schools in the UK and abroad for finance / management / economics and even an MSc Computer Science offer.
