I like spicy food, it doesn't like me :frown: and wow how many do you eat a day? It can be healthy actually.


Hahaha, well its not like an obligatory ritual that's performed everyday but I'd say atleast 2-3 every other day haha. My mum actually cooks spicy food so I don't need as many raw chillies hahaha. And well, it causes the blood pressure to rise and frequent fluctuations in the blood pressure can lead to CVD (talk about being a Biology expert thanks to A levels B) ). SO yes, its best to not consume too many everyday.

I can't say I have ever picked up a raw chilli and decided to eat it. I don't know why but this is reminding me of biryani.
