Phlebotomy interview help??
Hi there!!
I have a Phlebotomy HCA training position interview on Wednesday for the NHS. Its the first "proper" interview i've ever had, other than one at a care home (I'm 17, almost 18, and looking for work in healthcare!).
Does anyone have any tips on what they may ask me? I tried to test myself on how i would respond to answers but I seem to just freeze up :/ Also is the literacy/numeracy test particularly difficult? Any guidance would be soooooo appreciated. Thank you!!
