AQA Applied Business

Hello.

My business exam is tomorow and I am having trouble in one of the pre-examination research tasks in my case study.

The exam I am taking is AQA AS Applied Dusiness.

Research task:

Research the factors that an external investor would consider before deciding whether to invest in a private limited company.

Could someone please help me out. I am not sure which type of factors the investor would consider. can someone give me a just a few factors the investor would have to consider, just to get me started.

Unfortunately i cannot find the case study (Martyn LTD) online. I will post the case study when I find it.

Oh no, I wish I'd seen this yesterday - sorry! I hope your exam went ok though - it didn't seem as hard as I was expecting.

Can you tell me something though? In the last question, were you supposed to write it from the point of view of the investor or the business? A lot of people in my group were confused by it.
