Hi,I'm about to start a degree in Adult Nursing at University of Brighton in September. I have studied an BAHons in Fashion Communication and Promotion at University of the Arts London, from which I graduated in 2010. I received student funding for my first degree, am I eligible for funding for my Nursing degree? Thanks,Samara

As far as I know NHS degrees (including nursing) will be exempt from the ELQ rules so you'll be able to get a second student loan. There is no confirmation of this yet, everybody is still waiting for the government to announce it, but it is expected.
