full-time work & Full-time Study
I'm looking for a full-time engineering course which I can do by distance learning while working full-time, open university only do part-time which would take 8years to complete.

I'm pretty sure you can do OU full-time if you choose to do so. (Edit: ah!, correction, that OU course is indeed part-time only.)
But then again if you are doing distance-learning full-time, how can you also have a full-time job, and eat/sleep/live.... ?

I am able to balance as I don't have any commit but 8 years part-time for masters compared to 4 years full-time that's most of your life gone.
