University Transfer
I am hoping to begin my University course in 2017 after completing my access course this year - however we are looking at moving abroad as a family in 2018 - can you transfer to a university located in the EU?

You would have to speak to the univerisities themselves
Theoretically yes because of ECTS, practically you have to find a university that teaches in a language you understand and believes that your previous studies are compatible with 2nd year entry at that institution.
