Help with Eu student application

I would like to ask you if I need to fill in and send some Certifier checklist – EU students for my student finance registration because a friend of mine mentioned this document but I can't find it when registering online?

Online application is only for EU students who meet the residency requirements to apply for a maintenance loan.

If you don't currently live in the UK then you should be completing the PAPER forms located here: https://www.gov.uk/student-finance-forms/y/eu-full-time/year-1617/new-student (if you're a new student this year)
