Desirable Accommodation for May/June/July 16' - £113 p/w En-suite
Hi guys,
Not sure if I'm allowed to do this, but I'm leaving De Montfort to go home for personal reasons - I wont bore you with them. I need to find a replacement tennant for my room in Sulets' Silk Building on Newarke Street. It's an en-suite room and shares a kitchen/living area with three other tennants - great guys, two males and a female. It's just across the road from the Hugh Aston building and main campus and a five minute walk into the city centre.
The rent payment would be due early in May but I'm prepared to leave ASAP and allow the new tennant the remainder of April that I've already paid for.
