I'm a Biomedical Science graduate. Unfortunately I've no HCPC registration so i cannot work as a Biomedical Scientist. I've been applying for medical laboratory assistant posts (MLAs) however keep getting rejected. I dont know whether it is because my supporting information is weak! Can someone give me tips on how to write supporting information for a laboratory post! Thank you very much !!

Have you asked for feedback? And followed all the guidelines?

Yes I have asked for a feedback, but they did not reply It would be really helpful if someone can show me an example of a supporting information for this role. Its really upsetting that you are a graduate and you cant even get a job which only requires GCSEs
