    Being 18 doesn't give you any more privileges in a relationship than being 16, except that :

    -If you are 16 you can have sex, but you cannot watch it until you are 18
    -If you are 16 you need parental consent to get married, whereas you don't at 18

    that's it.

    A 16 year old can sleep with a 90 year old if they want. It would be a bit icky but it's perfectly legal in the UK.
