I noticed that it was abit itchy Down there but I put it down to getting sweaty and wearing tight trousers so I had a shower that night and it seemed to cal down. But today I was itching abit again and so I had a look and noticed on the left side right down the bottom there is a small bit of swelling that is sore to touch but I don't notice it all I notice is a little itching. I haven't had intercourse for a while and have just finished my period a week ago. Could it be down to the tight trousers rubbing it and the sweating? Please help I'm so Embrassed!

Nothing to be embarrassed about, it happens to loads of people. It may be due to the trousers or it could be an insect bite if it's just a small area. Make sure to clean yourself regularly and carefully with warm water and try wearing some looser trousers so you don't rub against it as much. Also try to avoid scented products until the swelling has gone. The more you irritate it the more discomfort you'll find yourself in.

Don't worry, it's probably just irritated. Keep away from those pants for a while and make sure all your underwear is free from washing up powder when you wash
