Games Development BSc

Hi all!

The Napier section of the forum seems a bit dead so I'm sort of expecting to get no responses but here goes anyway...

Anyone doing Games Development? (Any year of study)

Just recieved my offer and I'm pretty much certain I'm accepting but it would be good to hear from anyone on the course.
I know that for Games courses, Abertay has the best reputation but the travel costs to Dundee from where I stay are a bit too much and it just wasn't feasible to uproot my family so I felt Napier was a good second with it being Skillset Accredited and PlaystationFirst certified.

Just wondering what Napier is like in terms of equipment, classes, support/guidance, connections with the industry, opportunities for game jams/internships/placements, yada yada.

I'm on a few Facebook groups about Games Dev (specific to various skill levels, locations, minorities etc etc) and I haven't actually come across anyone who is studying/has studied at Napier so I'm beginning to wonder if I'm just imagining the course!
