How do I Hudson's Dimension?

I'm re-doing my mock as a practise, and my teacher has asked me to use Hudson's Dimension in the comparison paragraph and I'm really confused on how to structure it.

Do I do one paragraph on ephemeral/permanent? then formality? Like what is the structure??
