Final year weight gain

(Sorry if this has been posted before)

Due to final year, I have put on around a stone. I used to be very healthy and active, training almost every day. I am now lucky to train once a week due to late night library sessions. Also, I find it hard to keep a strict diet as there is no exercise to coincide with this, as well as the fact that bad food is an easier and quicker option for late nights.

Is anyone else in the same boat as me? Does anyone have any tips?

Thanks
Really bugs me when i see the eat less and move more birgade, but....

Control what you eat and move enough so you are at deficit. exercise will hep you study, so dont skimp.
Good diet will help you study as well.

If you wnat to start making excuses about exams and late night in the library, try walking gime or having a routine where you dont hav to go to the gym.
15 mins in the morning and 15 in the evening.

If you dont wnat fast food then have healthy food around or make it in batches. 1 srone isnt going to take you long to shift 1-3 months, so dont fret too much.
