they said in the contract we are not allowed to use any electrical appliances in our room..how do girls use hair straightners, curlers and blow dryers etc?? :s-smilie:

haha no. as long as you don't use all the appliances at once and trip the fuse,you're good.

Its just that if you have too many things plugged in (hairdryer, straightners, cd player, laptop etc) you will trip the fuse. Its not the end of the world if you do though, most rooms have the fuse on the ceiling of the room, so its just a case of climbing on top of everything to flick it back. If you have a really powerful hairdryer it may blow the fuse a lot, in which case you might want to buy a another, less powerful one, but generally you should be fine. :smile:
