private accommodation first year

i wasn't eligible for student accommodation at mmu because i live too close, so I'm looking at private halls an wondered which would be best for my first year?

Manchester Student Village is a pretty good place since its right next to uni and its cheaper than all other places I've seen!

I've just applied for MSV South and got a place, I went looking on Monday at Victoria point, MSV, MSV south and Moss Court Apartments and MSV South was the best by far for the price and what you get.
I was really stressing at first because I live too close too but MSV South just seems like other uni accommodation social life wise
